**Position Summary**

The Shipping Coordinator reports directly to the Logistics Manager and is responsible for ensuring that all orders are processed and shipped in a timely, cost effective manner,

Opportunity to work overtime.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Responsible for daily processing of all shipping and receiving paperwork and system entries in SAP system.
- Answering the phones and providing customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Investigating any order issues and/or missing products with internal and external stakeholders.
**Qualification**s
- Minimum High School Diploma
- 1-3 years of experience in building material industry (preferable).
- Solid knowledge of the transportation industry and required shipping documentation.
- Accurate data entry and knowledge of standard office software (outlook, SAP, excel).
- Excellent customer service dealing with difficult clients
- Ability to Plan loads with multiple stops (an asset).

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Stratford, ON N5A 6S4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:

- Shipping & receiving: 1 year (preferred)
- building material industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
