AG Canada and Truck & Trailer Division of Brandt Tractor is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis for our Calgary Corporate Office, AB.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain the Division forecast model, providing monthly updates and working with operations leaders to identify and incorporate trends.
- Utilize inventory projections to support the optimal use of the company’s financing facilities and to minimize financing costs.
- Lead the annual budget process for the Divisions, including maintaining and improving the budget tool. Partner with operations leaders on preparation for the budget, streamlining the budget process and ensuring the timely completion of the annual budget.
- Develop and improve reporting on key performance indicators and dashboards to deliver critical information to the business.
- Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis team, ensuring delivery of critical forecast information, including insights into short and medium-term cash flows, working capital and cash requirements.
- Provide accurate and timely analysis and recommendations to management for decision-making and operational improvements.
- Oversee the preparation of financial presentations and analysis for quarterly and annual Senior Management meetings.
- Specific projects and other ad hoc related duties as required.

**Required Skills**:
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and forecasting skills, including financial statement analysis.
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
- Naturally curious, detail-oriented individual that takes great pride in delivering high quality results.
- Proven organizational, time management and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficient communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are vital to the role.
Required Experience
- University degree in Business/Accounting, and a professional designation, such as CPA, CFA or CBV, is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Supervisory role and a minimum of 5 years progressive experience.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI, and a keen interest in learning new technology.
