Production Supervisor

**Roles and Responsibilities**
Lead daily operations of carbon fiber production lines during assigned shifts
Supervise and mentor frontline production staff
Support EH&S programs including hazard assessments and safety briefings
Monitor production output, quality, and compliance with procedures
Address schedule, staffing, and equipment concerns proactively
Communicate with cross-functional teams and escalate as needed
Participate in onboarding and training of new hires
Track performance metrics and support team accountability
Drive production goals in safety, output, and quality
Promote a culture of discipline, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
**Job Requirements**
3-5 years of experience in carbon fiber production or carbonization line operations
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience in manufacturing will be considered
Strong knowledge of safety protocols and manufacturing best practices
Experience managing frontline production teams
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement practices; Lean or Six Sigma certification is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read safety rules, SOPs, and technical manuals
Experience with ERP systems and data tracking tools is preferred
Comfortable with 24/7 shift-based manufacturing and consistent on-site presence is preferred
Have less than 3 years in manufacturing supervision or carbon fiber operations
Can’t work 24/7 onsite shifts or prefer remote/hybrid setups
Lack experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or ERP systems
Struggle to lead frontline teams or maintain safety/compliance standards
Have weak troubleshooting or communication skills
Require visa sponsorship
Have a history of short-term roles without clear growth
Pay: $120,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
