**Responsibilities**:

- Present, promote and sell New and Pre-Owned Vehicles
- Perform cost/benefit and needs analysis of customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets within schedule
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Learn all aspects of Dealer Desking Tools (Reynolds and Reynolds ERA-IGNITE)
- Continuously improve through Stellantis Training Programs and Product Knowledge

**Requirements**:

- Work experience as a Sales Representative an asset
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Must be comfortable demonstrating vehicles features and benefits to customers
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Must have a Valid Ontario G Class Drivers License with Good Record
- Must have OMVIC license to sell
