This role will be based in **Toronto, ON**

**Your role within the team**:

- Promote and support the use of operating systems to ensure effective operations.
- Assess the feasibility of changes and work with developers to estimate efforts required to deploy them.
- Liaise with the developer team’s technical analyst and stakeholders to ensure any change is done will respond to the business needs.
- Oversee/Lead all stages involved within a solution deployment assuring a successful solution deployment within a reasonable timeline.
- Ensure all required documentation and signoffs on requirements are obtained before nearing a deployment.
- Manage system onboarding and offboarding.
- Provide system support and training.
- Manage and implement change and improvements to Project SharePoint.

- Degree or Diploma in business administration, Information System, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role, or relevant experience.
- Experience in engineering & construction field an asset.
- Experience in development and implementation of PowerBi and Microsoft 365.
- Ability to interact with experts from different disciplines and levels of management, solution providers, IT teams and clients.
- Knowledge of Aconex and Procore would advantageous.
- Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
