**As a Club General Manager/Sales Manager, a typical day might include the following**:
- Preparing and reviewing a profit and loss report
- Daily check-ins with club level management to ensure all programs and promotions (in-house and outreach) are tracking positively.
- Daily Debrief with Management Team to ensure uniform communications exist across all departments for all relevant programs and activities.
- Analyzing membership sales and personal training sales against target goals
- Reviewing and cross-referencing individual and team sales goals against current position - adjusting the plan of attack accordingly
- Crafting new sales initiatives and reviewing them with the senior leadership team
- Leading a sales team meeting, ensuring the team is well informed of sales initiatives
- Conducting interviews in partnership with the department lead
**To land this role you need to have;**
- A University degree in sports science, recreation or leisure studies, health management, physiology, life sciences, business, management or related field.
- At least 5 + years facility operations experience.
- 5+ years related sales experience with an established track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- 5-7+ years personnel management experience.
- Proven ability to engage, inspire, motivate and lead 100+ employees.
- Success in exceeding individual and team sales goals.
- All management/leadership team members are required to have Standard First Aid and CPR - Level C Certification prior to start date and must be maintained throughout employment. CPR is to be renewed annually.
- All team members must provide a recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work.
