**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Personal Training (1-on-1 Sessions)**:
- Design personalized fitness programs based on individual clients’ needs, goals, and fitness levels.
- Conduct fitness assessments, track progress, and modify programs as necessary.
- Provide one-on-one coaching, ensuring proper form, technique, and safety during exercises.
- Offer guidance on nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle habits to support client goals.
- Motivate clients to push beyond their limits while ensuring they stay engaged and enjoy their fitness journey.
- **Semi-Private Training (Small Group Sessions)**:
- Lead semi-private training sessions (typically 2-6 clients) with a focus on achieving individual goals in a group setting.
- Customize exercises within the group format to meet the unique needs of each participant.
- Provide hands-on coaching and adjustments while ensuring safety and effectiveness for all clients.
- Foster a supportive and motivating atmosphere that encourages clients to challenge themselves while building a sense of community.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to help them stay motivated and engaged in their fitness journey.
- Regularly assess and communicate clients’ progress, adjusting programs to keep them on track toward their goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
- Support clients in overcoming obstacles and achieving long-term success.
- **Business Growth & Team Collaboration**:
- Contribute to the growth of the training program by promoting services, generating referrals, and providing a great client experience.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure a consistent and high-quality service offering.
- Keep up to date with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications to continuously improve your knowledge and offerings.
**Qualifications**:
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.).
- Previous experience in personal training and/or small group training.
- Strong knowledge of fitness techniques, anatomy, exercise physiology, and injury prevention.
- Ability to create and modify training programs based on individual and group needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients with varying levels of fitness.
- Current CPR/AED certification (preferred but not required).
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and passion for fitness.
**Schedule & Compensation**:
- Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.

Pay: $18.08-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week
