Operations Coordinator

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.
- Manage data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and files using Microsoft Office and other software.
- Provide clerical support, including answering phone systems, responding to inquiries, and managing correspondence.
- Support administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational workflows.
- Serve as a point of contact for utilities, pipelines and suppliers regarding nominations, transportation and supply issues while fostering positive relationships.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Experience with data entry and file management is required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment are essential.
- Attentive and critical eye towards process efficiency and improvement
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
