Chew Excavating Ltd., a Ralmax Group of Companies, has an exciting and immediate opening for a full-time Tandem Dump Truck Driver in Victoria, BC to deliver to industrial, commercial, and residential construction job sites. Ability to pull a Quad trailer will be considered an asset. **Responsibilities**:

- Drives truck equipped with a trailer to job site locations for unloading.
- Plays a key role in influencing positive employee morale and quality customer service.
- Safely operate the truck and its auxiliary equipment such as levers, chutes, and mixing drums

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- 3+ years of related driving experience
- Class 1 with Air Driver's License
- Geographical knowledge of the Greater Victoria area

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Clear communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

**Requirements**:

- Must possess a current and valid driver's license
- Must be willing to work overtime as required
- Must be eligible to work in Canada

**Work Conditions**:

- The driver must be able to safely maneuver the truck in often unstable ground conditions.
- Must be available for occasional weekend shifts.
