**Nature and Scope**:
As the Admissions Lead, your objective will be to develop and achieve Lead generation based on pre-set objectives for the EvelineCharles Academy. You will be responsible for creating relationships and networks with the Salon/ Spa industry, High Schools and Educators. You will be responsible for maximizing your ability to network and ensure that the EvelineCharles Academy image is effectively communicated and maintained. You will have a **strong sales background** (min. 5 years) with a charismatic personality and strong individual initiative.
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Developing and creating relationships with High Schools: Visiting High Schools and meeting with Career Counselors, Teachers, and Students introducing EvelineCharles Academy Programs.
- Develop and nurture your relationships and networks within the Salon/Spa industry to increase awareness about partnership opportunities with the Academy.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute with the Director of Operations an Event and Marketing calendar to support Academy strategies.
- Attend Career Fairs, Trade Shows, and EvelineCharles Academy Events to promote the Academy’s programs and increase brand awareness.
- Monthly and weekly reporting of leads generated and meetings completed to meet the required goals set by the Director of Operations.
- The ability to cold-call and generate business leads.
- Work with the operations team to develop and manage social media marketing, branding, and communication strategies.
- Design digital marketing strategies for brand exposure and business development.
- Brand management, respond to inquiries, and follow brand alerts.
- Effectively manage a campaign marketing budget that delivers results.
- Manage all corporate communications including events, corporate media releases, media outreach, and media inquiries.
- Must be familiar with all social media platforms, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Hootsuite etc.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Passion for the beauty and fashion industry.
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Recruiting experience preferred.
- A proactive and motivated individual capable of meeting deadlines and thriving under deadlines.
- The ability to travel throughout Alberta and surrounding areas on a consistent basis
- A clear valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- A proven track record in business-to-business sales
- A personal drive to meet and exceed goals
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
- Ability to work on multiple projects and manage the time accordingly
- Must be resilient in a changing environment
- **Passion in the beauty industry Background and Experience in the industry is Required**
