**About You**:
You have a background in consumer research, with experience in qualitative and/or quantitative research project management, as well as writing reports to reflect the findings of the research. Most importantly, you are a skilled listener and hard-working team player who has a genuine interest in understanding how people think and behave. You are looking for a new opportunity that will allow you to leverage your skills as well as develop new ones, as you will be exposed to a diverse range of projects that utilize a variety of qualitative research techniques.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of qualitative research projects.
- Develop inputs for qualitative research and analyze data output.
- Write qualitative reports which are not simply data dumps but that tell a story and provide clear and actionable insights.
- Manage logístical details of research projects.
- Manage technical aspects of online research.
- Assist with respondent management.
- Manage video editing and curation to support research findings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors or Masters University degree in social sciences, humanities, business or other relevant field
- At least 3 years of Canadian work experience in a marketing or market research role
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and in teams
- Excellent listening, writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint
- Effective time management skills - agile, flexible and able to meet deadlines effectively.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
