**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain a variety of printing machinery to produce high-quality prints
- Oversee the loading and unloading of paper, ink, and other materials required for printing
- Ensure the optimal performance of printing machines through routine maintenance and adjustments
- Identify and resolve issues with the printing equipment through regular inspection and troubleshooting
- Monitor the production process to ensure that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
- Conduct quality control assessments to ensure all printed materials are free from defects and errors
- Coordinate with team members to prioritize and schedule printing jobs
- Maintain and manage records of orders, inventory, and production output
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members as required

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience in operating a variety of printing machines
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a similar role
- Ability to read and interpret job orders and production schedules
- Extensive knowledge of different types of paper stock, ink, and printing materials
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform maintenance on printing equipment
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks
- Physical ability to lift heavy boxes of paper and supplies
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and liaise with other supervisors
- Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is a plus

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
