**Title**:Framer Carpenter

**Type**: Full Time, Hourly

**Wage Range: $25-$35**

**Reports to**: Field Supervisor

The Wood Framer will be responsible for building and assembling the structural framework of residential and/or commercial buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Measure, cut, and assemble framing materials
- Install floor joists, studs, rafters, and roof systems
- Ensure work is done according to building codes and safety regulations
- Work efficiently with hand and power tools in a team environment

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a framer or rough carpenter
- Ability to use measurement tools accurately
- Knowledge of building codes and framing techniques
- Physically fit and comfortable working in varying weather conditions
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail
- A self-starter with a willingness to ask questions and find solutions
- Ability to work independently and in cooperation with the Field Supervisor
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail skills;
Minimum 1 year of construction industry experience.
- BC Driver’s Licence is an asset
- Familiarity with SiteMax software is an asset

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8-hour shift

Work Location: In person

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
