**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, providing appropriate medication administration as necessary.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Provide preventive care services, including vaccinations and health screenings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record system.
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical practices relevant to family medicine.
- Proficiency in patient care techniques, including acute care management.
- Experience in a medical office setting is preferred, with familiarity in using electronic health records system.
- Ability to work effectively with pediatric patients as well as adults across all age groups.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient management.
- Ability to collect data accurately for clinical assessments and quality improvement efforts.
- A compassionate approach towards patient interactions, ensuring a supportive environment for all individuals seeking care.
