**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking cleaner for our residential site in Walnut Grove, Langley.
The site has 5 connected 3 story low-rise buildings.
- ** Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours/day (8:30am-4:30pm)**

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Clean and disinfect high contact touch points, such as handrails, doors, door handles, and light switches
- Litter pick sidewalks, entries, stairs, courtyard, and driveway ramp of any non-organic debris
- Clean all common area window ledges
- Clean elevators, including door tracks
- Keep garbage area tidy, empty waste receptacles and replace with clean liners
- Sweep and damp mop all hard surfaced floors
- Vacuum all common areas
- Fill out log book, follow up with requested comments, and report any problems to management

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Reliable and punctual
- Effective verbal communication in English
- Ability to deal with residents in a professional, positive, and friendly manner
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision

**COMPENSATION**: $16 per hour
