**Mackie is growing and is hiring a Dispatcher/Planner for our Edmonton Location.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan, dispatch and manage Household Goods and Specialized Products crews
- Plan, manifest and update trips in AtlasNet and TMW
- Provide day to day direction and communicate regularly with driver and labourers
- Ensure that all equipment is available, ready and well maintained
- Investigate and resolve customer issues
- Work closely with the General Manager, Warehouse and Finance teams
- Maintain and build strong customer and employee relationships

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2-3 years of Planning and/or Dispatching experience
- Good understanding of the household moving and/or transportation industry
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong administrative, organizational and computer skills
- Experience with Transportation Management systems (AtlasNet and TMW experience an asset)
- Ability to multi task and work well under pressure
