As a Snow Removal labourer, you will be responsible for operating snow removal equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and walkways.. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work in adverse weather conditions to provide efficient and reliable snow removal services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate snow removal equipment to clear snow and ice from designated areas.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition and report any issues to the maintenance team.
- Monitor weather forecasts and be prepared to respond to snow and ice removal requests in a timely manner.
- Follow established routes and schedules to provide timely and effective snow removal services.
- Communicate with the dispatch team and supervisor to report completed jobs and receive new assignments.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to minimize the risk of accidents during snow removal operations.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including time logs, equipment usage, and materials applied.
- Provide assistance to other team members as needed, including assisting with equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure that equipment is properly stored when not in use.
- Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and the public.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of safe snow and ice removal techniques and familiarity with local regulations and ordinances related to snow removal.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in adverse weather conditions for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Dependable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on snow removal equipment is a plus.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
