My Top Drawer is looking for a Perfect Fit. We are an independent family owned business, proud to be recognized as a leading lingerie boutique in Canada. We are seeking a customer service driven, lingerie sales associate for our Niagara Falls location. One part time opportunity is available. Lingerie fitting experience is an asset. To join our team you must possess a positive attitude, have a terrific work ethic, be eager to learn, enjoy working with fine quality garments and be willing to work in harmony with our existing team. Exceptional people skills and a kindness toward others is a very good start. Our new team member will possess the ability to assist women in selecting personal items while educating and empowering them at the same time.

Responsibilities include;
- **Responsibilities** **include** : Greeting and engaging with clients
- measure, assess and fit clients in foundation garments and swim wear
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service skills
- Build client relationships with the My Top Drawer brand
- Continue with ongoing product knowledge to help provide best fits for guests
- Maintain visual merchandising and general store appearance
- Recommend products for future needs of guests
- Locating & 'picking' of items for transfer to our other locations and web sales
- Sort and replenish garments daily
- Meet sales goals

Great Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- And keen eye and a passion for fashion
- Experience wearing a bra
- Presenting a professional personal image to clients
- Moderate computer skills
- Ability to use a step ladder on occasion
- Able to lift 5 lbs
- Able to adapt to various situations
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Comfortable with cashing out and professionally closing a sale
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Saturdays and Sundays are required as this is a retail position

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
