Marketing Manager (Multi-Business Portfolio)

Full-Time - Truro, NS

We operate and grow multiple businesses across Nova Scotia and beyond — and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take charge of marketing across all divisions:

- JG Auto (Sales & Financing)
- Glooscap Trading Post (Retail & E-commerce)
- Gloade Construction & Excavation (Civil & Commercial Excavation Projects)
- Justin's Developments (Real Estate & Home Building)
- DealerShare - Automotive CRM & SaaS Platform

This is a high-impact role where you’ll be responsible for building campaigns, generating leads, managing websites, running advertising, and growing multiple brands simultaneously.

What You’ll Do
- Lead Generation & Campaigns

◦ Build and manage ad campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

◦ Create funnels and landing pages for auto leads, retail promotions, construction contracts, real estate projects, and SaaS signups.

◦ Track ROI and adjust campaigns based on performance.
- Website, SEO & Online Presence

◦ Oversee websites for each brand, ensuring they’re optimized for visibility, leads, and conversions.

◦ Manage SEO strategies across multiple industries (local search for auto/retail, commercial bidding visibility for construction, SaaS growth nationally).

◦ Ensure online presence is consistent, professional, and growth-driven.
- Advertising & Brand Growth

◦ Plan seasonal and growth campaigns (vehicle sales pushes, retail specials, new builds, excavation contracts, SaaS product launches).
- Help with content creation until each organization is positioned for internal/external content creators

◦ Coordinate with internal/external content creators to ensure campaigns are supported with high-quality media.

◦ Manage ad budgets efficiently across multiple business units.
- Reporting & Strategy

◦ Deliver monthly reporting across all businesses: leads, sales funnels, cost per lead, ROI.

◦ Recommend new growth strategies (AI-driven campaigns, influencer partnerships, dealership SaaS launch marketing).

◦ Work directly with ownership to set quarterly marketing priorities across divisions.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing multi-brand marketing or a portfolio of clients (agency or in-house).
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and analytics tools.
- Ability to run campaigns end-to-end: strategy → execution → reporting.
- Website management skills (WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS).
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Bonus: Experience in automotive, retail, construction, real estate, or SaaS marketing.

Pay: $47,680.98-$85,000.00 per year
