**Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential residents and play a crucial part in showcasing our properties and helping management with their current tenants. Your primary responsibility will be to assist prospective tenants and retention of current tenants.

**Duties**
- Greet and engage with prospective tenants, providing information about available units and community amenities.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and benefits of each apartment or home.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow up with potential residents to encourage conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Address any inquiries or concerns from current residents regarding their leases or community policies.
- Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and providing support.
- Experience in sales support, demonstrating an understanding of the sales pipeline process.
- Basic math skills for calculating lease terms, rent payments, and other financial aspects related to leasing.
- Background in retail sales or outside sales is advantageous.
- Familiarity with dealership environments can be beneficial for understanding client interactions.
- Sales management experience is a plus, showcasing leadership capabilities within a sales context.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Please note this job does not provide benefits and working days are Mondays-Saturdays and Sundays are off.

Pay: $3,500.00-$3,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
