**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform meat cutting tasks including slicing, trimming, and packaging various cuts of meat.
- Ensure all meat products meet quality standards and are prepared according to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat preparation area in compliance with health codes.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels of meat products and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations on meat selections.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and maintain workflow efficiency.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in meat cutting or butchery within the food industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation processes.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
