**Duties**

  • Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security breaches
  • Monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to observe activity and respond promptly to suspicious behavior
  • Enforce loss prevention policies to minimize theft and property damage
  • Respond to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies in a calm and efficient manner
  • Maintain detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes
  • Control access points by checking credentials or identification of staff, visitors, and vendors
  • Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary to resolve security issues
  • Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies at all times

**Qualifications**

  • Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and loss prevention techniques is advantageous
  • Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential threats quickly
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and professionally
  • Ability to remain alert during long shifts and work independently with mínimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in security or safety are a plus
  • Must be able to pass background checks and any necessary licensing requirements

This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a safe environment while developing valuable skills in security operations.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
