Our renovation team is looking for a journeyman carpenter, or equivalent, experienced in all aspects of residential construction. Applicants must have excellent organizational and communication skills and are required to work under the direction of our lead carpenter.

**Responsibilities and Requirements**

Demolition

Comprehension of blueprints, drawings, architectural sketches

Perform accurate measurements and calculations

Competent in framing, milling and installing doors and hardware

Installation of windows, baseboard and casings, sub floor, finishing materials

Deck construction

**Requirements**:
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

4 years experience

You must be in good physical condition

**Additional Details**

Wage to be discussed at time of interview

40 hours/week Monday -Friday
