Large Format Printer Operator

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up, operate, and maintain large/wide format printers and cutters for diverse print jobs.
- Ensure timely and efficient production while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Perform general shop tasks during downtime, including organizing inventory and prepping materials.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure top-quality output and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a strong advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience operating wide-format printers and related equipment.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive under pressure.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to daily tasks.
