**The Opportunity**

Working with external and internal customers, the dispatcher is responsible for scheduling technicians for field repairs and maintenance work. Generating work orders and managing a preventative maintenance and repair schedulers.

**The Role**
- Schedule Technicians for service work, including the coordination of technicians’ availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and disputes
- Responsible for timely communications with the customer
- Enter maintenance schedules/Contractor agreements.
- Issue and receive purchase orders.
- Process service orders / credit card transactions
- Research warranty coverage on field repairs
- Prepare invoice reports on a semi-monthly basis.
- Verify that the field level risk assessments are completed and signed.
- Ensure that the repair of the machines is completed in a prompt manner.
- Assist employees in other departments, as necessary.
- Support Service Manager with NSC Fleet requirements
- Participate in all required Health & Safety Training.
- Comply with the Health & Safety program and practices.
- Performance of daily duties in a manner conducive to a safe workplace.
- Comply with policies and procedures.
- Education: College
- Work Experience: 1-2 years
- Knowledge: Effective communication, and ability to multitask. Proficient with computers including Microsoft office; proven ability to work effectively with customers and/or others; ability to understand and work with GPS vehicle monitoring systems, working knowledge of NSC Fleet requirements.
