Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greet Clients and Showhome visitors in a friendly and professional manner, set up appointments, answer questions and provide general information about the company and homes for sale in the respective community.
- Assist the Area Sales Managers and Sales Associates with completion of various tasks.
- Ensure the Showhome is fully stocked with marketing materials, office supplies and ensure Showhome is kept organized and tidy.
- Converse and connect with customers to ensure they remain on site if a Sales Associate or Area Sales Manager is unavailable.
- Assist with registering clients, showcasing the features of the Showhomes and bridging a connection to the Sales Associate or Area Sales Managers.
- Stay up to date on and be able to discuss community features, amenities and services which provide value and interest to prospective customers.
- Ensure professional presentation and uphold the company's reputation within the communities.
- Provide a supportive and inclusive environment which welcomes and accommodates all customers and visitors across various cultures, communities, abilities and groups.
- Perform related administrative duties as assigned.
- Float across different Showhomes throughout the city as required by the Area Sales Managers.

Qualifications:Education and Experience:

- High School or GED certificate required.
- One (1) or more years of customer service experience in a professional environment with a strong emphasis on customer interaction and satisfaction.

Transportation:

- Must possess a valid Driver's License, have reliable transportation and ability to drive to varying communities and locations throughout the city.

Skills and Abilities:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail to maintain a pristine showhome environment.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, adapt to changing situations, and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk through Showhomes, and perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.

Compensation: Hourly
