Summary**:
- As an intermediate-level IAM specialist, you will participate in the management and evolution of the organization's identity and access systems. Under the supervision of a senior expert, you will contribute to maintaining access security, improving the efficiency of IAM processes, managing IAM tools, and ensuring compliance with standards.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the daily management of IAM platforms (Azure AD, Active Directory, Midpoint, etc.).
- Implement user account provisioning procedures (internal and external to Bell).
- Manage access review campaigns and participate in associated escalations.
- Monitor and report access anomalies and contribute to their resolution.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to improve access controls.
- Maintain up-to-date IAM process documentation.
- Support internal and external audits related to identity security.
** Critical Qualifications**:
- Degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in IAM or information systems security.
- Knowledge of IAM protocols and standards (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, etc.).
- Proficiency with administration tools such as PowerShell, or a willingness to learn them.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to security issues.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is mandatory.
** Preferred Qualifications**:
- CIAM certification or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments - Excel, Word, etc.
- Experience with access governance tools (SailPoint, CyberArk, Midpoint, ServiceNow, etc.).Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
