**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate CNC machines to fabricate parts based on detailed blueprints and specifications.
- Set up and adjust CNC machinery for optimal performance, including calibration and tool changes.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise during the production process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Document production activities, including machine settings, adjustments, and maintenance performed.
- Assist in training new employees on CNC operations and safety protocols as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints accurately.
- Familiarity with CNC programming languages, particularly Fanuc is preferred.
- Experience operating lathes and other CNC machinery is essential.
- Ability to use measuring tools.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a warehouse setting.
