The job is very straightforward and is physically demanding with the requirement to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repetitively. Experience is valuable but not required as we will train.

As a **Packer**, you will actively participate in the residential packing and preparation aspects of the moving process which will include,
- Packing the client's home including specialized processes and techniques to pack their kitchen, décor, bedrooms, living rooms and more
- Inspect and document items for pre-existing damages prior to handling
- Labeling each box specifically for the move team to easily place on delivery
- Padding and protecting the client's furniture
- Disassembling the client's furniture with basic hand tools wherever required such as bedroom sets, dining tables, etc.
- Tagging and listing all inventory
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Understanding our customer's requirements and execution of job duties and responsibilities above and beyond their expectations.

**What We Offer**:

- A starting wage of **$18.00** - **$20.00** per hour depending on experience in the moving industry
- A tip-friendly environment that will amount to an extra **$2.00**-**4.00** an hour.
- Full benefits plan after 6 months for full time employment

- Training - experience is not required.
