- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans that align with client expectations and company standards.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on estimates, including breakdowns of costs and justifications for pricing decisions.

**Skills**
- Knowledge of glazing processes, materials, and methods.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with vendors and subcontractors.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide clear recommendations based on findings.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to team members and clients.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
