We are currently looking for individuals who can deliver high quality service, initiative and be strong team players. Position is based on a Monday to Friday work week. Opportunities for growth are an important part of our offerings.
**Duties of the position**:
- Answer and complete client inquiries
- Handle and report claims
- Process policy changes on behalf of insurers
**Qualifications**:
- RIBO/OTL license required or equivalent experience
- Demonstrate excellent customer experience skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Applied Epic is an asset
- CAIB or other designation is an asset
