**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments for speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and feeding/swallowing disorders in children
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
- Deliver therapy sessions both in-person and through secure virtual platforms
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary health professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO) standards
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education
- Provide caregiver coaching and parent education to support carryover and generalization
- Ensure compliance with provincial regulatory guidelines and privacy legislation

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current registration and good standing with **CASLPO**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with children and families (new grads with strong pediatric placements may be considered)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable delivering services via telepractice (training/support provided if needed)
- Access to transportation (for in-clinic or community visits, if applicable)
- Proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset
