Maintenance Worker

Job description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a maintenance professional to be responsible for the overall upkeep and maintenance of the hotel. Will be responsible for handling all repairs and work orders, conducting ongoing maintenance programs, as well as inspecting property to identify potential and current needs.
**Previous hotel and/or apartment complex maintenance experience in the following**:
- Electrical - Replace receptacle outlets, replace ballasts and lighting fixtures.
- Plumbing -Replace / repair toilets, sinks, faucets, p-traps, tub valves, tub drains.
- Mechanical -Basic experience of ice machines, electronic locks, mechanical locks, door closers.
- HVAC - Basic troubleshooting skills, replace blower & condenser motors, cleaning coils.
- Pool Equipment - Pool chemical readings, sand filters, heaters, pumps.
- Any other tasks assigned by management
**Job Requirements**:
- **Previous experience required.**:
- A flexible schedule is necessary for this position.
- **MUST BE AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS**
