**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Safely and efficiently operate skid steers (Bobcats) on residential job sites
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Complete **basement backfills, final grades, and general site prep work**:

- Assist with **material loading, hauling, and placement** as needed
- Follow **safety protocols**, site plans, and supervisor directions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of Bobcat/skid steer operating experience** in residential construction
- Proven experience with **basement backfill and grading** (required)
- Strong **safety awareness** and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- **Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently** or as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
