Located in an extremely busy shopping complex boasting a large array of tenants such as a Shopper’s Drug Mart next door, restaurants, groceries, banks and other professional and leisure businesses. It is adjacent to new residential developments as well as desirable established neighbourhoods; which makes it an ideal and affordable location to raise a young family in the lower mainland. USA border less than 15km away is an added bonus

Our Panorama Village location is a multi-disciplinary and multi-physician clinic with a very collegiate atmosphere and a physician focused MOA support team. You would have access to an Internist / Cardiologist and Pre-natal specialist who heads the Peace Arch Maternity unit, both working in clinic. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home.

The ideal physician would be in a position to provide full-scope family practice either full-time or part-time. This position can have a small walk-in component. The WELL Health team will work closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition of the practice. You can expect flexible hours and would be masters of your own schedule. Financials:
Average Monthly Overhead Agreement: Billing Split - 70/30* (Fee for Service)
- The financial agreement in the clinic is coordinated through with the Director of Recruitment.

Practice Details:

- Access to 2 exam rooms during shifts, clinic has 9 exam rooms
- Shared office space
- OSCAR EMR

Hours:
Flexible Walk-in Available. The clinic opens from 8am Mon to Sun. The new physician will work out a schedule with the clinic. (Clinic Site)
- No strict policy around time off

Hospital and ER Dept shifts:
These are not part of the expectation of our community or clinic.

Special Services:
Stress Tests, ECGs and Holter Monitors are performed onsite and access to adjoining complimentary services such as a Physiotherapy/Massage & Kinesiology clinic and Sleep Apnea clinic is available.

On Call Arrangement:

- All physicians in the practice will take turns in rotation with a group of physicians in the clinic.

Staff:
The clinic currently has 4 physicians working part-time and full-time, as well as an office manager and MOA’s who can all help with the transition process.

The Clinic is currently using OSCAR EMR. There are no paper charts associated with the practice

- Hold or eligible for Certification in the College of Family Physicians (CCFP)
