We are currently hiring for our Assistant General Manager

**Purpose of Role**: The Assistant General Managers main purpose is to run the day-to-day operations of the unit. Taking a balanced approach to driving people, profit and sales to grow the business and provide an exceptional guest experience.

**What You’ll Do**:
Execute flawless operations by using strong communication between all team members, both FOH and Culinary
Build a strong Team to execute at our high standards while developing to be a future leader in the company.
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
Being a direct report for the front of house team members, assisting in ongoing projects, and championing development
Build a network within your local community and create a positive impact

**You Are Responsible For**:
Team Member recruitment, selection, training, and development.
Guest experience, restaurant ambiance and environment including guest safety.
Support of marketing programs.
Implementing and maintaining processes and procedures.
Inventory and purchasing.
Cleanliness, upkeep and food handling safety.
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Evaluate and address staff and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement

**Personal Attributes & Qualifications**:
Previous leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry with a minimum 2 years of experience.
Exhibit positive floor leadership
A strong record of training and developing a team.
Excellent at problem-solving and can think independently, self-motivated, organized, and ability to multitask effectively.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
An expert communicator who thrives on building relationships with guests and Team Members.
Fun, goal oriented and passionate about your career.
Professional and enthusiastic.
A sense of humour is a must.
