**Overall Responsibility**:Support and Promote overall compliance of environmental, health & safety requirements for TDC and support regulatory NA.

**Strategic Planning Services for EH&S**
- Conduct research on external requirements and trends as well as internal gaps
- Develop plan and initiate discussions with EHS Manager
- Finalize management system and implement
- ISO 45001 program development
- Lead continual improvement of ISO 14001:2015 EMS
- Communicate to sites relevant EHS requirements as legislation changes

**Specialized Services**

Ensure compliance to NFPA standards that are specifically focused towards the powder coating industry.

SDS, ROHS, and conflict minerals database management and other regulatory agencies

Implement and control fire and explosion protection devices, equipment and processes.

Stay up to date on all standards, regulations, codes and procedures for fire and explosion protection.

Implement training programs and procedures specific to fire and explosion protection.

Implement and monitor combustible dust and combustible metals control programs.

Monitor and evaluate training competency of workers.

Noise assessments using sound level meters to implement and comply with hearing conservation program.

Conduct personal air sampling using threshold limit values and equipment.

Responsible for Respiratory Protection Program.

Perform respiratory fit testing.

Lead chemical exposure control programs. Specifically to toxic substances.

Responsible for compliance to TIGER 7S and LEAN programs.

Responsbile for providing process training specific to**:

- Onboarding health and safety training
- Emergency prepardness and response
- Lock out tag out policy and procedures
- Spill response, cleanup and containment

**Ensure Compliance with Legal Requirements & ISO 14001 Certification**
- Research legislation for Ministery of Health and environmental laws, regulations and standards
- Conduct/lead internal ISO audits according to the ISO14001:2015 standard.
- Perform gap analysis. Lead corrective and preventative action measures.

Implement through training, orientations, meetings

Ensure legal compliance is met according to local Environmental Agencies and local environment authorities

**Health & Safety Services**
- Serve as representative on health and safety committee for USA
- Provide direction and ensure compliance with H&S policies and procedures.

Handle health & safety communications

Maintain all documents according to standards

**Disability Management Services**
- Ensure paperwork and reports for workplace accidents and injuries are initiated and completed by sites in timely manner
- Serve as liaison with external bodies
- Assessing return to work requirements
- Monitoring employee on return to work program
- Handling related administrative requirements

**Training Services**
- Develop and conduct training or train the trainer modules
- Evaluate learning
- Liaise with managers in follow up

**Hazard Assessment Services**
- Anticipate, recognize, evaluate and control hazards
- Support incident investigations
- Conduct ergonomic assessments
- Conduct root cause analysis
- Industrial Hygiene assessments
- Emergency response programs
- Conduct worker exposure assessments
- Determine corrective and preventative action to be taken
- Prepare reports
- Monitor corrective actions

**Conduct Audits**
- Conduct audits for environmental, health & safety and 7S
- Objective audit system is used
- Conducts closing meeting with managers
- Reports prepared
- Monitor progress of corrective action
- Communicate results with senior management

**Liaise with External Legislative Bodies**
- Serve as point of contact
- Co-ordinate external audit requirements

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
