Rescue Gear Specialist

**Dynamic Rescue is one of Canada’s leaders in Technical Rescue. We’re a purpose-driven, growing company, and we’re looking for a Rescue Gear Specialist to join our Port Kells team.**

**This role is essential to how we show up for our clients and how our technicians operate in the field. If you’re organized, reliable, and take pride in doing things the right way, you’ll fit right in.**
- **Prepare equipment for training courses and rescue standby deployments**
- **Support Rescue Technicians with gear readiness and logistics**
- **Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and equipment bay**
- **Handle shipping/receiving for retail gear**
- **Perform basic truck cleaning and maintenance**
- **Complete gear checks, inspections, and post-job resets**
- **Help keep our warehouse running smoothly and safely**
- **Ability to lift 50+ lbs**
- **Clean driver’s licence**
- **Strong communication and attention to detail**
- **Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently**
- **Basic computer skills**
- **Forklift ticket (an asset)**
- **Experience in any of the following is beneficial but not required**:
○ **technical rescue**

○ **firefighting**

○ **search & rescue**

○ **industrial rescue**

○ **military**

○ **rock climbing / rope access**

**Requirements**:

- **Secondary School completion**
- **Speak and write English proficiently**
- **Valid driver’s licence**
- **Canadian citizenship or permanent residency**
- **Ability to commute to Port Kells (Surrey, BC)**
- **Fire or rescue related experience (beneficial)**

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
