This position requires a great deal of customer service skills and responsibility. You will be responsible for the daily management at Fortify Wellness.
**Your responsibilities would include**:
- Customer service and administrative-related duties.
- Delivering an exceptional experience to guests 100% of the time
- Booking appointments and managing the clinic schedule for multiple practitioners
- Showing patients to rooms, resetting rooms after use, cleaning equipment, and doing laundry
- General administrative duties such as inventory count, and purchasing
- Assist other staff with general tasks as may be required
- Educate and sell products and services, offering guidance and consultation
- Observing all policies, procedures, and requirements including but not limited to documentation such as informed consent documents, intake forms, and medical records.
- Continually maintain and expand your product and procedure knowledge by attending training arranged by Fortify and your own independent research.
Applicants should be interested in the Health and Wellness industry, with a passion to see people get well through complementary medicine. They must be positive on all fronts, have a strong work ethic, and have experience in customer service & sales. Applicants should be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel programs. Experience using JANE is beneficial, but training will be provided upon hiring.

**Experience**:
Receptionist or customer service position (preferred)
Experience in the health & wellness industry (preferred)
