As the successful applicant you will:

- Have previous Auto Body Estimator experience
- Have experience with a variety of vehicle brands
- Have previous experience with and understanding of SGI policies and procedures
- Have great interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Possess superior time-management skills and is able to prioritize requests
- Be extremely organized and detail oriented
- Have a proven record of helping to maintain a safe work environment
- Have superior communication and customer service skills

In this exciting role, you will:

- Write collision damage estimates for SGI Claims, Customers, Dealerships & Warranty Claims
- Review estimates with customers to ensure understanding of what is being repaired on their vehicle.
- Document and upsell additional damages unrelated to the original claim
- Photograph original and additional damages and labeling the photos
- Supplement estimates for additional hidden damage
- Communicate with insurance companies to get estimate approvals, confirm coverage, supply photos, etc
- Communicate with parts department to ensure proper parts are ordered
- Communicate with technicians regarding insurance approvals
- Research OEM procedures to ensure estimate is written properly
- Provide information to Production Supervisor to assist with updating customer on hidden damage found
