3D Photographer

**Summary of Role**:This is a seasonal (Spring/Summer) position offering flexible hours & working conditions. The 3D Photographer is responsible for creating a virtual twin of a physical space. All equipment and training is provided. The technician uses his or her own vehicle to attend appointments as assigned (Fuel & Vehicle Expenses are reimbursed by the km).

**About Us**:We are currently seeking new members to join our young and growing company. Established in 2012, we are Vancouver Island's go-to resource for real estate marketing materials. We work closely with our clients (Real Estate Agents and Property Managers) to develop professional marketing materials for each of their properties. Customer service is king in our world and we look for people who have high standards for communication to join our fun & inclusive team.

**Job Type**:Part-time, Seasonal (Spring / Summer), Casual

**Salary**:$17.00 per hour + Milestone Bonuses + Mileage Reimbursement

**Required Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 completion or equivalent
- Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (class 5 or 7)

**Hours**:

- This position accommodates other employment, schooling &/or hobbies.
- Appointments are scheduled between 8 am and 5:30 pm on weekdays.
- The technician must have a minimum of 28 hours of availability (4 hr or longer blocks) during the above ^^ time. More availability is an asset

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Ability to effectively solve spatial problems and visualize property layouts
- Is punctual and communicates constructively
- Ability to work remotely & independently
- Enjoys small talk & meeting new people
- Possesses strong computer skills
- Is able to frequently kneel, bend, squat, and relocate equipment (5-20 Ibs) over small distances

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Uses own vehicle to drive to / from assigned locations in Greater Victoria (including Westshore, Sooke, Shawnigan Lake, Sidney)
- Use provided equipment & software to deliver 3D VR tours of residential properties
- Attends company meetings and training sessions
- Provides information about services and policies to clients
- Looks for opportunities to improve our business and elevate our clients experience
- Maintains accurate activity records
- Represents the company & clients in a professional manner at all times
