**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE**:
**Managing Day-to-Day Operations**
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with all service and sanitation guidelines across restaurants, bars/lounges, and in-room dining.
- Monitor staffing levels to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.

**Leading the Food & Beverage Team**
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to foster professional growth within the team.
- Set, communicate, and evaluate daily goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, liquor laws, food handling regulations, and sanitation standards.
- Promote open communication and a collaborative team culture.

**Delivering Exceptional Customer Service**
- Champion a service culture that consistently exceeds guest expectations.
- Actively engage with guests and employees to understand and resolve concerns, ensuring continuous service improvement.
- Provide personalized coaching and guidance to enhance team responsiveness to guest needs.
- Incorporate guest satisfaction metrics into team meetings and initiatives for ongoing improvement.

**Human Resources & Team Development**
- Provide clear direction and establish performance expectations for team members.
- Identify and support individual development needs through training and professional development opportunities.
- Promote a fair and inclusive work environment.
- Encourage open communication, solicit feedback, and respond to employee concerns.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and implement strategies to address issues proactively.

**Financial and Administrative Responsibilities**
- Oversee departmental financials, including purchasing, cost controls, and vendor payments.
- Accurately interpret and review various operational reports and data.
- Perform additional duties as assigned in support of departmental and organizational goals.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:

- **Education/Experience**_
- Completed post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business or similar.
- Have a minimum of 4 years experience in a food and beverage setting (restaurant, lounge, or bar) at a leadership or supervisory level.
- Previous payroll or timesheet experience (asset).
- Valid Certifications (Smart Serve, Food Handlers. First Aid and CPR certification)
- **Complexity and Analysis**_
- Have a passion for providing great customer service.
- Able to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
- Must be friendly and committed to a high level of guest service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) and Micros P.O.S. system.
- Bilingual (English & French) preferred.
