**Engrity Group Inc.**is a COR, ISO 9001:2015 and CWB Certified Inspection Organization, with the facility and resources to provide a complete range of inspection services. Engrity has been providing high-quality inspection services to the entire satisfaction of our clients since 2011.
We are currently looking to hire **QC Admin/Turnover/Document Control**to join our team in **Edmonton, Alberta.**
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Review the scope of work, specifications, client procedures, and applicable codes to ensure compliance.
- Monitor and manage the turnover team to complete turnover tasks on schedule
- Attend project meetings and present project deliverables related to QC and document control.
- Prepare isometric weld maps to track welds on the piping system for each line class.
- Maintain and update weld logs, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Compile, audit, and manage QC turnover packages, ensuring timely completion.
- Scan and upload final turnover packages to the client document management system.
- Ensure all ITP stages are signed off by all required parties.
- Audit and prepare weld maps and as-built isometric drawings.
- Review and verify the completeness of weld logs.
- Review NDT reports and ensure all applicable reports are available
- Complete and review AB-83 forms for various systems.
- Review hydro test packages and ensure they are complete.
- Review and verify torque sheets for accuracy.
- Ensure all applicable MTRs (Material Test Reports) are available and properly documented.
- Verify the availability and validity of equipment calibration certificates.
- Maintain and track personnel qualifications for welders, inspectors, and NDE technicians.
- Complete the turnover binder as per the index and obtain client approval.
- Scan or copy turnover binders for final client submission, as required.
- Perform data entry and maintain document control status.
- Ensure QC records are accurately stored and maintained within project software and databases.
- Perform quality audits on turnover packages and ensure compliance with client and industry standards.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations as set by Occupational Health and Safety, the client, and the company.
- Perform any other QC administration and document control tasks as required by the project.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of High school diploma.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required in the position.
- CWB Level 1 preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to read ISO, pipeline and P&ID drawings.
- Very well versed with all Quality control activities and documents.
- Good computer skills, especially in the use of MS Office, Adobe, Blue Beam etc..
- Self-motivated, organized and able to work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
**Compensation**:
- Best in the industry based on experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
**Experience**:
- QC Turnover/Document Control: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- CWB Level 1 (preferred)
