McDonald Brothers Construction Inc. (MBC) has an immediate opening for a Junior Marketing Coordinator.

As a leading progressive general contractor in the Institutional, Commercial and Industrial (ICI) sector for almost 35 years, we build and train high performance teams to successfully deliver some of the most exceptional community building projects in the Ottawa area and beyond.

Our marketing coordinator will be instrumental in helping us respond to requests for proposals and qualifications (RFPs/RFQs) as well as tackling the various marketing duties that a growing mid-size business requires.

Duties will include:

- Responding to request for proposals and requests for pre-qualifications (RFPs) to project owners and consultants.
- Completing / updating project write-ups / profiles for use on our website / proposals.
- Completing / updating personnel profiles for use on our website / proposals.
- Coordinating photo-shoots of current and completed projects.
- Re-organizing all of the materials in our Marketing portfolio to update current products for new branding materials.
- Assist in redesigning our website and driving engagement on social media platforms.
- Assist in developing our employee relations (company newsletters, staff event planning)
- Other special marketing / employee development projects as requested by senior management
- Have an educational background and interest in business marketing.
- Be highly organized and have a respect for tight deadlines.
- Be a self-starter who will take initiative to find the required answers for proposals to meet deadlines.
- Have a good knowledge of social media tools.
- Be creative when discovering new templates and generating marketing deliverables.
- Have an excellent grasp of the English language.
- Be bright and personable with staff, clients and our large network of architects and engineers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
