**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Clean windows, doors, and other glass surfaces to enhance the appearance of the office.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks or post-event cleanups.

**Qualifications**
- At least 1 year experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills to report issues or concerns effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Authorization to work in Canada.
- Must have a registered cleaning business or be willing to register one.
- Must have a private vehicle or transportation.
- Must be able to purchase and maintain their own cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
