**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company vehicles and small equipment, including but not limited to engine, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Perform basic body work and welding tasks to repair and maintain vehicle and equipment appearance and functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and parts inventory to ensure proper documentation and cost management.
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and to minimize downtime.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and performance.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in vehicle and equipment maintenance, with a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Basic knowledge of bodywork and welding techniques, with experience in both areas.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Commitment to safety and compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
- Valid driver's license
