Service Greeter

Oakville Toyota is currently looking for a **Service Greeter (Lot Attendant)** to join their team in Oakville.

The **Service Greeter** is responsible for assisting customers and are an integral part of the day-to-day flow of business in the Service Department.

Our **Greeters/Lot Attendants** provide excellent customer service while interacting with customers in the Service drive-thru. They also assist Service Advisors and Technicians by bringing customer vehicles through the shop or through the car wash.

**Job Duties**:

- Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
- Controls service traffic flow and parking.
- Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment.
- Records customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
- Assists lot attendant with duties at the service counter and in the service drive.
- Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Other duties as required by the Service Manager.

**What We Look For**:

- Valid (G) Driver's License.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission is preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is considered an asset.
- Keen attention to detail.
- An organized and motivated individual who can work independently and as a team player.
