**Laurus if currently hiring for a Camp Section Head for its location in Baie-D'Urfé.**

**Camp will be held at a German School and we'll be offering German STAs to the campers.**

The section head is the first rung of on-site management and they are responsible for monitoring groups and disseminating information to Assistant Director(s) and Camp Location Director. Their main role is to be a leader and mentor to other counsellors as well as ensure all daily operations are conducted smoothly and any concerns regarding campers and/or counsellors are communicated to the administrative teams.

Their role includes and is not limited to the following:

- Organize daily activities
- Assist appointed counsellors
- Communicate with assigned counsellors (questions or concerns)
- First point of contact for trouble campers
- Communicate with Assistant Director regularly
- Supervision of campers and appointed counsellors throughout the day
- Organize and run activities with groups
- Assisting the Camp Location Director and Assistant Director during special events that require setup

**Salary**: $15.50-$16.50 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
