Our multidisciplinary team focuses on a holistic approach that empower clients to achieve their personal goals and improve their overall well-being.
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients experiencing mental health and addiction challenges.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress and any incidents.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
**Qualifications and Education**
- Minimum grade 12 education
- Certificate in related field preferred
- Preference will be given to those who’s bachelor's degrees are in progress
**Additional Notes**
- Valid class 5 driver's license
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $25.00 per hour
