**What will you do?**
- Take initiative & inspire your team to generate sales and create lasting customer relationships
- Effectively train & coach the sales team
- Channel your creative side and use your passion for fashion trends to inspire the merchandising in your store
- Communicate product needs with your Store Manager to optimize sales and improve customer loyalty
- Prioritize responsibilities and delegate tasks to truly maximize business

- Effective communication & time management skills are a must
- Ability to lead a team to go above and beyond sales targets

- Halifax, NS B3L 4R3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
